At ZEROYOUNG, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of skincare products, we have a strict no-return policy except in cases where products arrive damaged or defective.
Eligibility for Return & Refund:
- Products can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage (photos or video).Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
- We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or skin reactions. We recommend patch-testing before full use.
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We reserve the right to deny returns/refunds if our inspection does not confirm the claimed issue.
